At the heart of her small farm, Silvia cultivates yuca, rice and cocoa with love and dedication. She knew how to master the art of
cultivate prestigious varieties such as San Vicente, Arauquita 5 and Tame, prized fine cocoas
for their exquisite aroma.
Rewarded with two prestigious awards in 2022, including the inclusive and sustainable Cacao d'Or at the national level, Silvia stands out for her excellence and in-depth knowledge of cocoa.
On his estate, each step of the process, from harvest to post-harvest with fermentation and drying, is carefully orchestrated. Thus, it guarantees a
raw material of exceptional quality, homogeneous and meeting the highest standards.
Silvia cocoa is distinguished by subtle notes of
dried fruits like plum and raisin, woody touches and
a delicate nutty nuance. These characteristics give our chocolates a unique complexity, both in their captivating aroma
than in their exquisite flavor.
