Application domain
These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed through the site, as well as to all orders received by email. They take precedence over all other clauses appearing on the buyer's documents.
By validating an order, the customer declares to have read and accepted these general conditions of sale. In the event of a dispute, this contract is governed by French law.
Orders
ZMAC undertakes to honor orders placed online or by email under the terms of these general conditions of sale, within the limits of available stocks and the duration of each sale.
In the event of a stock shortage resulting in a delay in delivery, ZMAC cannot be held responsible. However, in the event of temporary or permanent unavailability of the products, the customer will be informed of the necessary supply times and will have the possibility of modifying or canceling their order.
ZMAC reserves the right to refuse an order for any legitimate reason, in particular in the event of a supply problem, a doubtful order or a dispute with the customer.
The customer can cancel his order by email sent to zmac.contact@gmail.com within a maximum of 12 hours after validation of the order.
Payment
The sale becomes final after acceptance of the transaction by secure online payment services. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
The order must be paid in full to be recorded. Any unpaid or payment incident will be charged €15.
The products remain the property of ZMAC until full payment of the price.
Price
Prices displayed are inclusive of tax in euros, unless otherwise indicated. They include the price of the products, as well as handling, packaging and storage costs, but do not include postage and delivery costs. These costs vary depending on the number of products ordered and the location of delivery.
Delivery
Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment. ZMAC guarantees that the products conform to their description on the site.
In the event of a stock shortage resulting in a delivery delay, the customer will be informed. It is their responsibility to carefully check their packages upon delivery and to make any reservations with the carrier.
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location. In mainland France, shipping costs are free for all orders over €80.
Transportation
Goods shipped by ZMAC travel at the buyer's risk, regardless of the shipping methods and even if the prices are established free of charge.
Right to retract
The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable or personalized products. For other products, the customer has 14 working days after receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The customer must return the products in their original packaging and assume the return costs. ZMAC undertakes to reimburse the customer within 30 days after receipt of the returned products.
Claims
In the event of a complaint, the costs of returning the products to ZMAC are the responsibility of the customer. Reservations must be made to the carrier upon delivery and communicated to ZMAC within 12 hours of receipt.
Responsibility
The products offered by ZMAC comply with current French legislation. ZMAC cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services he plans to order.
The customer is solely responsible for the choice, conservation and use of the products from delivery. Under no circumstances will ZMAC be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the products.
ZMAC guarantees that the products are in perfect condition when handed over to the carrier. No other express or implied warranty is given. In the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and means of transport, ZMAC cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract.
The photographs and texts reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. ZMAC declines all responsibility in the event of an error in one of these photographs or one of these texts. No liability is incurred for indirect damage resulting from the use of the products.

ZMAC declines all responsibility for the content, advertising, products, services or any other material available on or from external sites or sources linked to its site.
Ownership of rights
All rights to the site, including copyright, belong to ZMAC or are licensed to ZMAC.
