FEROZ is a brand of artisanal Colombian products that transforms the country's iconic ingredients into gourmet sauces, chips, and snacks, made directly in Colombia.

Chili peppers, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, plantain, cassava, hibiscus, cacao… We source our ingredients as close as possible to the territories where they are grown and the producers who have known them for generations.

Discover our FEROZ Colombian sauces, from mildest to hottest: sauces made with Cayenne, jalapeño, or habanero peppers, as well as original recipes combining chili with tropical fruits, cacao, or passion fruit.

For appetizers, FEROZ reinvents two great classics of Colombian cuisine with its plantain chips and cassava chips, which are thick, generous, and ultra-crispy. The plantain and cassava are grown near our workshop by small Colombian producers, then processed locally.

And for another way to discover the fruits of Colombia, our fruit crisps combine mango, pineapple, passion fruit, hibiscus, banana, or chili in original recipes, with no oil and no added sugar.

Behind every FEROZ product, there is a territory, growers, expertise, and a story. Our products are grown and processed in Colombia, as close as possible to their origin, before being imported into France by La Cooperativa.
