At CACAO DISIDENTE , we dream of chocolates capable of transforming realities, and we collaborate with those who make this dream come true.

Alongside cocoa farmers, we explore, develop and select Colombian cocoas with the greatest aromatic potential. With them, we are developing a range of chocolates that celebrate the sensory, botanical and human diversity of this extraordinary cocoa.

At CACAO DISIDENTE , all our chocolates are selected, weighed, roasted, shelled, refined for 60 hours in a stone mill, tempered, molded, packaged manually then stored in temperature conditions of 13 to 20 degrees Celsius.

In partnership with our producers, we manage to capture the essence of each terroir in our chocolates, thus strengthening territorial identity and providing well-being through taste.
