FEROZ - La Gourmande, Chocolate Chili Sauce

La Gourmande Chocolat, made with peri-peri peppers, cayenne peppers, and 100% Colombian chocolate, offers an intense, gourmet chocolate aroma, enhanced by a slight hint of spice on the finish for a unique taste experience. We wanted to capture two typical ingredients and blend them to create a unique taste that highlights the aromas of cocoa and the richness of a combination of peppers, for a surprising and gourmet result. It can be enjoyed on toast with mild goat cheese, as a sauce to enhance chicken breasts, pulled pork, braised meat, chili con carne, or with mashed potatoes.
