For 4 people:
- 350 g of fresh tagliatelle
- 250 g of button or oyster mushrooms
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 20 cl of fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons of Feroz “La Savoureuse” sauce
- Olive oil, salt and pepper
Preparation :
- Fry the shallots in a drizzle of oil until they become translucent.
